The Team Management module is accessible from the left-hand navigation panel.
Click on your team's tile to view members in your team and their roles:
A member in the role of Drafter has access defined by the team's permissions, however, everything that they do (for example, Q&A or uploading files) remain in draft and visible only to their own team.
Draft content can be reviewed and published by a team member in the role of Publisher or Administrator.
Bulk publish Draft items via the "Items to Publish" option in the left-hand navigation panel.
